Memorial Day Work Weekend for Families and Friends 2011
Dates: Friday, May 27 - Monday, May 30 Meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday and breakfast on Monday. Cost: $85.00 per adult (18+), $75.00 per youth (12-17), $45.00 per child (3-11) and $15.00 per infant (0-2). Registration Deadline: All registration forms for the work weekend must be received no later than Friday, May 20th by regular mail, fax, e-mail or online registration. Description: We invite you to register for this years Memorial Day Work Weekend for Families and Friends. Join our camp family Friday, May 27th to Monday May 30th for good food, good fellowship and mission work. Work along side our staff in fellowship as we all work together completing big projects and small. There is something for everyone, so bring the family along. 16 Meals: Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner and breakfast on Sunday Cost: $45.00 Description: It's that time of year again for all you handy types to drop what you're doing, grab your friends and come on up to Saugatuck for a great weekend of work, fun and fellowship. We've got a number of projects for the skilled as well as the not-so-skilled volunteer: from picking up and packing away the summer to pruning, plumbing and painting, from insulation to installation. Work continues all over camp with projects in Camp Gray, West Woods, and Emerson Hill. The colors up here this time of year should be sensational. And when the work day is done, you might want to head out on a fall foliage tour, or to a local farmer's market. It's apple-pickin' time in Michigan and the Cider is the best in the country (we're a bit biased). Make sure to reserve early because space is limited.
